Did women were lipstick and makeup in 1913?

Yes. Ancient Egyptians and Romans were wearing make-up like eyeliner and such. Women in 18th century Europe (and men too) would cover their faces with white face powder and rouge.

In the late 1800's-1910's it wasn't uncommon for a lady to wear powder, but lip rouge or lipstick and blush were not worn by ';ladies'; it was thought of as something that only loose women wore. And even if a respectable woman did wear powder, she usually kept it a secret. It wasn't until around the 1920's that it was widely accepted for women to wear cosmetics.

EDIT: ';Loose women'; as in women with loose morals like prostitutes or dance hall girls. Women who were not respected in society.Did women were lipstick and makeup in 1913?
Makeup? Yes. powder, rouge and lipstick were worn in 1913. Mascara came later, although some women used kohl to darken their eyes - it was an early form of eye shadow.Did women were lipstick and makeup in 1913?
