sally beauty supply, or, if you dont have one near you, just shop online at like, sephora.com or something, that site has tons of brands, so you can probably find what you are looking for
You could go to the 99 cent store to get you some. They sell alot of crazy things like that.

Another good idea is to apply vasaline to your lips and then apply a eye shadow this will give you this look too.... you can easily get eye shadows in those colours...

Omg, definately go to Dollar General! That's my one stop shop for may fav colors of lipstick. My top lipstick choise is usually blue or purple and that's where I go!
