I actually like light pink shades on blondes. I think it looks absolutely stunning, and people of other skin tones and hair colors can't really pull it off.

I personally like bright bold colors like peach, pink, red. I think earth tones suit brunettes more. However if its too bold, then tone it down with some regular chapstick.
