IVE HEARD THIS TERM FOREVER AND JUST NEVER ASKED SO IM ASKIN NOW ...LOLWhat the heck is a ';Lipstick Lesbian'; as opposed to a regular one?
It is more or less the same as a ';femme';...basically just a more feminine and girly lesbian. Because most people consider lesbians to be all manly and ';butch';, but for the ones that are actually quite feminine, the term ';lipstick lesbian'; is used.





As a bi girl, I am almost always attracted to the femmes, personally.What the heck is a ';Lipstick Lesbian'; as opposed to a regular one?
A ';feminine'; lesbian, one who wears make-up and dresses in a manner (as Claudia said) opposite the ';bull dyke'; stereotype of lesbian. Just another mocking label society's slapped on the LGBT community...
';lipstick lesbian'; is a term for a lesbian woman who is femmenine or who simply does not fit the opposing ';bull dyke'; stereotype... I find both terms derrogatory and offensive personally :\
