men don't loose theirs when they get vasectomies......dogs are the same way they only get their testicles removed

Male animals drop their penis when they are relaxed. This has nothing to do with being neutered.
yeah they didnt take his ding-a-ling out..just the stuff that helped to make puppys :) lol.

What was removed was the testicles and the tubing that brought sperm out. The penis held both the tubing for sperm and the tubing for urination. Only the equipment for producing sperm was removed. The rest is needed still.
