that is pretty generalized,,,,,but I would have to say a 6ft blonde with a tough accent needs red lips.....and black leather....and a whip....im getting carried away
That is a generalization. Some women just have naturally red or full lips. It is wrong to say that all Russian women wear lipstick. Some women wear lipstick because they want full lips. Some women have naturally full lips.
