That would be Ruby, Regal Red, or Ripe Cherry by aularale.com/7002. Get the lip conditioner too - it takes the dryness out of your lips and give a sexy sheen to the lip color as well. If you desire more sheen, the translucent lip gloss will do the trick.

Try a noted makeup store, like Sephora. They people who work there will help you find the type of makeup you're looking for.

Ruby Woo by MAC it's a blue based matte red. Very Scarlett Johansenn.
Russian Red by MAC, it's not tested on animals and it's amazingly sexy.
Try Clarins new Joli Rouge in 704 cupid red. Its fantastic. I will include a link. It's moisturizing, long wearing, never tested on animals and is a fierce red!
You can also try MAC russian red, or Coco Red by Chanel but the Clarins is my fav.
