try using a light shimmery pink color in the cupid's bow. this is the dip in the middle of your top lip. you can also try a product from benefit that essentially is the same thing





also try using a pale shimmery color in the middle of your bottom lip under your lip gloss or lipstick to make your lips look fuller





also try a lip plumper

get a bold color like red. that will make them look fuller. buy a lip plumper thing. there are some really good ones from victoria secret. it makes you wanna pout. don't use a dark color, that may make you look gothish.
to answer ur q YES! Get a bold colour but not red! it looks like ur tryin 2 hard, use dark pinks. if u use lipstick put a clear gloss on top 2 make them shine and stand out. use a lip plumper and if using lipstick use lip liner.

generally darker coplours make tins luk smaller but lighter makes them look bigger !
put lip liner on.. kinda make it on your skin more than the line of your lip.. chapstick, gloss..
